Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order using the Shop app if you used the same email at checkout.

How to track:

1. Check your order confirmation or shipping email.
2. Click the tracking link inside the email.
3. Or open the Shop app and log in with the same email used at checkout.

If your tracking has not updated yet, please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for the courier to refresh the status.
